confetti & co. is a boutique event planning and design + interior styling firm located in Philadelphia, PA. While we call Philly home, we are absolutely available for travel worldwide. We are a passionate team of professionals with a unique knack for both precise logistical coordination, but also the creativity behind eye catching styling and design. With a mission to make each event or space unique and reflective of our clients, we love getting to know you, what makes you excited to wake up in the morning and what your interesting quirks are. We then take this knowledge into crafting an experience that is completely personal and most importantly fun and stress free. Our overarching aesthetic: clean, timeless and modern with pops of fun!

Over a decade and a half of experience. An emphasis on empathy. Sara is measured and thoughtful, creative and kind and the anchor to the confetti ship. While Sara has tried on many shoes within the field: past lives include working with florists, reality TV wedding personalities, prop styling, baking wedding cakes and even settling in at whimsical wedding giant Anthropologie Weddings, as their go-to decorations stylist, Sara always knew that starting confetti & co. as a home for her love of it all was the only perfect fit. confetti & co. has been running for thirteen years and she's never turning back!
As your main point of contact, Sara guides you through the process and works tirelessly to bring your vision to reality with plenty of lighthearted joy along the way. Sara enjoys life outside confetti with her family in a charming, always a work in progress, 100+ year old craftsman in NJ where she reads, marvels at her kiddo’s art and begrudgingly adores her 15 year old piercingly loud cat, Maisy.
riley burnette

Enneagram Type 2 and a Virgo through and through, Riley is the backbone of confetti. Her passion for loving people well and an adoration for each little detail allow her to produce quality work alongside creating a supportive environment for confetti clients.
With her degrees in Psychology + Communications and her 9+ years of planning and leadership experience, she is serving us understanding and organization. When not systematically revolutionizing confetti she can be found: volunteering at CHOP, camping, breathing deep at hot yoga, or obsessing over home decor.
john nunnally

Sara’s high school best friend turned event planner, this is John’s fourth season with confetti. Born with the gift of gab, this consultant by day could find a solution to any problem while always leaving a room smiling + laughing. With over 10+ years in hospitality, John, an ex-sommelier is a natural when it comes to people-pleasing. When John's not working a wedding you can find him on a volleyball court or singing karaoke at a local watering hole.

Our favorite floral expert, Nicole, is the creative force behind her own brand Simply Cole, where she works crafting stunning floral arrangements and curating beautifully styled moments. When she’s not immersed in buckets of blooms, she brings her talents to the confetti & co. team, adding her keen eye and thoughtful touch to events. During her downtime, you’ll likely find her styling her Philly townhome or abroad with her husband in his hometown of Dublin—chasing cobblestone streets + cozy pubs. stephanie ellis

New mom, project manager, event planner and self-proclaimed DIY-er, Stephanie’s no stranger to managing many different things at once! With a decade of project management experience, she brings her organization and multitasking skills to any event. You can count on her to keep the energy high and the day precisely on schedule. She will be your invisible right hand gal for any and all needs throughout your special day. When it’s time to relax, you can find her designing spaces in her home and enjoying them with her family.
madeline redfern

A graduate of Temple University with her B.S. in Event and Entertainment Management, Madeline works in the event industry full time and absolutely loves what she does. From working in Event Operations at Philadelphia’s largest hotel to doing seasonal event work in Dilworth Park, it’s safe to say she’s very familiar with the Philadelphia event scene. She began working with confetti & co. in Spring of 2024 and working with this team has quickly become her favorite of the many hats she wears. When not at events, she can be found bingeing trashy reality shows and fostering for the Animal Welfare Association.

Abby Lalonde, an avid squirrel enthusiast, splits her time between slinging flowers as Lead Designer and Administrative Director for a local floral designer and momming it. Abby is a creative at heart, but has never turned her back on a deep love for business, specifically hospitality and client services. With an undergrad in business management, and an MFA in creative writing she has created a simple and balanced life of words, petals, and proposals. She thrives in an environment where she can intersect both beauty and business. During her downtime, Abby enjoys traveling with her family, reading, and noodling away at her novel.

assistant planner + designer
Sarah comes to confetti with over 7 years of experience in tech as an engineer! This means she's fully ready to engineer any task confetti may bring and really dive into her inherent creativity. If you do not see Sarah at your wedding, her free weekends are spent hiking or traveling to see friends and family, or spending quality time with her husband, Malcolm their cat, named after the greatest, Princess Diana.
